Audacious Dreams Foundation working with CYSDP on various capacities to promote sports for development and peace. ADF’s Founder Dinesh Gajendran serving has been serving in the board of CYSDP in the capacity as Asia Regional Representative. We have been involved with CYSDP on various platforms including Annual General Body Meeting during Commonwealth Games 2014 which drafted policies which has been endorsed in Commonwealth Sports Ministers Meeting 2014.

ADF has been roped in as resource person and consultant for the Commonwealth Sports and Post 2015 Forum held at Wembley Stadium, London to frame policies for the member governments. ADF contributed for the preparation “Youth Advocacy Toolkit” on Sports for Development and Peace and also conducted many training workshops in India, Srilanka and during Commonwealth Youth Forum 2015, Commonwealth Sports breakfast aligned with Commonwealth Heads of Governments Meeting(CHOGM), Malta .
The Commonwealth Youth Sport for Development and Peace Network (CYSDP) promotes the use of sport as a tool for achieving development objectives in youth development.CYSDP is proudly supported by Commonwealth Secretariat
Its members, with a diversity of experiences and cultural backgrounds, aim to be: ‘The leading voice for youth in the Commonwealth towards promoting best practices in sport for development and peace in their respective societies —by targeting young people and policy makers.’
The CYSDP has three main strategic themes, which are to ‘Advocate, Educate and Demonstrate’ to their peers the benefits of using sport as a tool for development.

ADF’s Founder and Executive Director served has Steering Committee member and Asia Regional Representative for Commonwealth Students Association. ADF have been represented in “Girl Summit” London, hosted by HE. Hon David Cameroon, Prime Minister of UK. Asia Youth Ministers meeting.

The Commonwealth Students Association (CSA) unifies and represents the needs and aspirations of national student councils and other student organisations in the Commonwealth. It was launched in 2012 at the 18th Conference of Commonwealth Education Ministers (18CCEM) in Mauritius, where student leaders gathered to make recommendations on the current issues in education and strengthen their role in the Commonwealth education sector. The main aims of the CSA are ‘to promote unity among student organisations in Commonwealth countries; to protect the rights of Commonwealth students and to contribute actively to the development of student movements; and to create an environment for student unions and student movements to build their respective and collective capacities, to freely express and advocate’.
The CSA is supported by the Youth Division of the Commonwealth Secretariat and is led by a steering committee It plays an instrumental role in the planning of the Commonwealth Students Congress, the largest gathering of students across the Commonwealth. The inaugural Commonwealth Students Congress was held in The Bahamas in June 2015.

The International Special Project of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Programme www.iayp.in www.intaward.org Audacious Dreams Foundation is partnered with Award Programme Foundation as Youth Engaging Society (YES) Centre of The International Award for Young People. Audacious Dreams Foundation’s continued commitment to making a difference to the lives of young people resulted “Challenge India- Empowering Young People through Sports and Experiential Learning project” has been awarded with International Special Project grant founded by the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation. Special Projects was created in 1999 by HRH Prince Edward, The Earl of Wessex KG GCVO. ADF’s focuses on young people who are at risk, marginalised, or who might not otherwise be able to participate in the youth development programme due to circumstance or social context.

The International Award is an exciting self-development programme for all young people worldwide. It equips them with life skills, builds their confidence and engages them with their communities. To date more than seven million young people from over 144 countries have undertaken a variety of voluntary and challenging activities through the Award.

It began in 1956 in the UK, where it is known as The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award founded by HRH Prince Philip. Over the last 55 years it has spread across the globe, because the philosophy and the format have proved attractive and adaptable to many cultures.

(ADF’s Founder Dinesh Gajendran is the first ever Indian nominated for the position of Chairperson for the Commonwealth Youth Council during Commonwealth Youth Forum, Commonwealth Heads of Governments Meeting-CHOGM, Malta ). The Commonwealth Youth Council (CYC) is the largest and most diverse youth-led organization in the world. It is the recognized voice of more than 1.2 billion young people in the commonwealth.
It was established by the Heads of Governments in the commonwealth in line with the Commonwealth Charter. It is an exciting inclusive initiative that seeks to communicate, engage and advocate for youth led participation. The CYC is an independent entity responsible for youth representation in the Commonwealth.

The Commonwealth Youth Council is as a youth-led organisation which aims to further advance the youth development agenda; and to ensure a relevant, vibrant, effective, and prosperous Commonwealth in the 21st century and beyond. The primary objectives of the Council are: a) To contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Commonwealth; b) To mainstream young people into the work of the Commonwealth at all levels; c) To centre for mobilise the voices and actions of young people in the advancement of youth across the Commonwealth d) To advocate for governments meaningfully engage young people in its representation internationally e) To be a centre for information on youth work and development f) To partner with the Commonwealth Secretariat and other Commonwealth organisations with a focus on youth development o0n behalf of young people.

Audacious Dreams has been working with NYSC,Srilanka for promoting Global understanding for sustainable development through Inter-Country Youth Forum/Exchange Programme which helps our fellow youth to create peace talks, civic responsibility, culture understanding, policy exchange, volunteerism, field visits etc. We see opportunity for youth to develop and engage with societal issues to be a part of new generation change agent. ADF and NYSC hosted India Srilanka Youth Exchange during 2015 & 2016 in Srilanka and India. In 2016 delegates from ADF participated in the “YowunPura Youth Camp” at Sigriya, Srilanka.

The National Youth Services Council (NYSC), Ministry of National Policy and Economic Affairs functions under the direct guidance of His Excellency The Prime Minister, Government of Srilanka.The National Youth Services Council also has evolved its dynamic role to cater to the current needs of the youth with a new vigor, fresh outlook and a refined approach. The National Youth Services Council of Sri Lanka has been established with the aim of guiding the Sri Lankan youth in the proper direction to enable them to empower themselves to the fullest potential while contributing to nation’s prosperity. Hence, youth of Sri Lanka are also having an undertaking for economic and social upliftment of the country. It is important to inculcate self reliance in youths and directing them towards winning over those goals.

Audacious dreams foundation signed an MOU with Srilanka United Nations Friendship Organisation (SUNFO) promoting youth, friendship, peace ,culture, arts, forum, capacity building etc.
Speaker of the parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and with the blessings of the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Colombo. SUNFO is a registered vulnerary social service organization in the National Secretariat of NGOS under the Ministry of Defense in Sri Lanka and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the aliened Ministry for SUNFO.

SUNFO is a non-political, non-racial and non-sectarian organization working towards peace, harmony and well-being of the mankind according to the principles of the United Nations. SUNFO was inaugurated on 22 May, 1999 with the patronage of the Hon.

Audacious Dreams has affiliated with International Peace Youth Group (IPYG) to promote peace building activities among youth.
IPYG started out as a group of peace-seeking, determined youth who were also active volunteers in the Korean community. After hearing the inspirational speeches of the chairman of HWPL, peacemaker and war veteran, Mr Man Hee Lee, these few youth took their passion for peace and put it into starting what now is the International Peace Youth Group.

A few months after its humble beginnings IPYG merged with its sister organization MIYC and this boosted IPYG's international affiliates close to one hundred worldwide. IPYG is the youth division, along with International Women’s Peace Group (IWPG) as the women’s division, under non-governmental organization, Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL), which engages diverse sectors of society in the work of peace.
