We, the Audacious Dreams Foundation provide Intern Abroad programme for the students from various countries because we realized that an internship abroad could be a great opportunity to not only for develop professional knowledge but also to expand the student’s academic and cultural horizons.
During your international internship, students can be placed in a field relevant to their studies. There, you may have the chance to participate in the day-to-day work environment and use your abilities in a real-world setting. When you’re not working, you could potentially take classes to earn valuable college credits. Or, you could simply explore a new country and culture.
Our internships are inter discipilinary in nature. The participants can chose multiple discipline/courses as part of thier internship
Social work is an academic and practice-based professional discipline that seeks to facilitate the welfare of communities, individuals, families, and groups. Social work endeavors to promote social change and grassroots empowerment of people and aids in socioeconomic development, social cohesion, and liberation from abuse and oppression.
Interns will get an orientation about ADF and its partners. Interns being a member of our institution can engaged in various activities of our Organization, and will be placed under various Projects which provide an opportunity to involve in various community development Programme. Interns can apply their knowledge and skills practically in their field of counselling, community development and conduct research.

In ADF interns can understand the role and challenges of NGOs and the development of the community. Intern can understand why strategy is important to the success of an NGO and what is involved in strategic planning. Interns gain insight into key criteria for successful human resource management and can become familiar with the principles of good communication and negotiations interns can learn about the process of internal assessments and about the use of and main criteria for external evaluations.
Nursing is one of the most demanding fields out there and as such, studying to become a nurse is very difficult. The world is brimming with chances for nursing students to intern abroad and learn about foreign health care systems and services. Audacious Dream Foundation will collaborate with partners to provide internship programme for nursing students in all over the world, for a semester, a summer, or a short-term intern stint to hone their skills, help others, and learn more along the way.
The interns will placed in various reputed and specialized hospitals,community, instituions in South India and rotate through various departments during their internship period.The participants van conduct health awareness,community orientation programme. Through this internship programme the intern can get a greater knowledge of the health care system in India as a whole although you might not be able to work on specific skill sets as much as a program specific to one type of nursing.

A country as diverse as India is symbolized by the plurality of its culture. India has one of the world’s largest collections of songs, music, dance, theatre, folk traditions, performing arts, rites and rituals, paintings and writings that are known, as the ‘Intangible Cultural Heritage’ (ICH) of humanity.
Audacious Dream Foundation will create an opportunity for Interns to involve actively in the various activities of the organization and to understand the culture, art forms, language, and various traditions etc. Interns can conduct studies on various topics related to arts and culture.
Interns can explore their information through the visit to various heritage places in south India. ADF will provide platform for interactive sessions with various renowned people in various fields and lectures by experienced and famous people regarding our art forms, history, culture, tradition and languages.
